Shipping & Delivery

Online orders may take 3-5 business days to be processed. Most orders placed before 12 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. All orders will be shipped using USPS.

Business days are Mon-Friday excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

We want our customer to have a good shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, no worries! We have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase.

After the 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept any returns on sale or discounted products.

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact Customer Service at support@myharsh.com or by calling 407.309.9905. M-F 9am-5pm.
All returns or exchanges must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn and unused in it's original packaging.

Harsh gift cards may not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Keep tracking on your return. We recommend you ship your return with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Harsh will not be held liable for return products that are lost in transit. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. We will credit your account for the original purchase price minus shipping and any discount/coupon codes. Note, your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account. We will email you a confirmation once it has been processed.
